NW London homeless health programme holds a range of webinars aimed at primary care professionals, in order to improve access, outcomes and experience for patients experiencing homelessness. All clinicians working in primary care are welcome to join the North West London Homeless Health Clinical Community of Practice, which takes place every 2 months on MS Teams. Please email claire.wilson49@nhs.net to join the mailing list.
This is a network bringing together clinicians working in primary care who have an interest in homeless/inclusion health, and aims to offer opportunities to clinicians to extend their skills, development and support in this area of care.
Aims
- Improve access, experience and outcomes for people experiencing homelessness in primary care
Objectives
- Provide an opportunity for primary care clinicians to extend their clinical skills in inclusion health via guest speakers and training
- Explore opportunities for interested practitioners/ practices/ PCNs to offer the best possible care for their patients
- Provide space to discuss cases and explore issues, gaining support from peers
- Share best practice and make recommendations for change to improve care
Audience
- Any primary care clinician with an interest in homelessness and inclusion health
