Our role involves reaching out to the ‘seldom heard’ communities to help improve patient experience of our services and promote equality and diversity, to bridge the health inequalities’ gap.

Judith joined Hillingdon in July 2024, as Involvement Manager for the borough. Her role aligns to the NHS North West London priorities which include Primary Care; Mental Health, Vaccination and Palliative Care.
Judith works closely with Hillingdon’s health and care partners such as The Confederation Hillingdon, H4ALL, Healthwatch Hillingdon and Hillingdon Council. Judith also works closely with the borough’s integrated neighbourhood teams, GPs and local pharmacies to involve patients and co-design plans where possible. A central focus of Judith’s role is to maximise understanding and involvement across the NHS system and communities.
Before working for NHS, Judith’s career background was in corporate law including stakeholder compliance during which time Judith worked for a number of blue chip companies (FTSE 100 and FTSE 250) with shares publicly listed on the London Stock Exchange.
Sharon moved into the role of Bi-Borough Involvement Manager in July 2024, after gaining valuable experience working across Brent, Harrow, and Hillingdon for the past year. In her boroughs, Sharon is responsible for engaging with diverse communities to ensure that their voices are heard and fostering partnerships that enhance community health outcomes.
Sharon has a background in Public Health and is passionate about addressing health inequalities. She has a particular interest in vaccinations and screening, having worked in the field through the pandemic. Prior to her work in the NHS, Sharon held roles in local government and at Public Health England (PHE)/UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA), where she gained experience in research and public health strategy.
Lorraine Chang-Edwards is an entrepreneurial business leader and project manager with a strong focus on organizational development /culture and strategic development. Lorraine Joined the Brent team as the Involvement Manager in Oct 2024 and works closely with Brent partners, such as Brent Health Matters, Brent Public health, Brent council as well as other significant stakeholders & organisations.
Lorraine has a proven track record of successfully supporting, launching and scaling NHS programmes to improve patient experience; whilst supporting historically disadvantaged groups. As a passionate advocate for people-centered approaches, Lorraine focuses on building strong, cohesive teams within Brent, that not only achieve business objectives but also thrive in a collaborative and supportive culture. Lorraine is known for their ability to navigate complex challenges and is enthusiastic to bring a blend of creativity, strategic thinking and leadership to the borough of Brent.
Sreeparna Roy(Sree) is the involvement manager for the borough of Hounslow since July 2024. Prior to this role, she was leading on engagement projects in the bi borough. Given the diversity of Hounslow, Sreeparna’ s role encompasses identifying, outreaching and amplifying the voices of residents, supporting community groups with latest health messages in the most culturally appropriate way, spotting gaps in services and ensuring everyone has a fair access to all NHS services. Co design and co-production of services with communities is considered wherever needed. There is a very healthy interface of her role with Local authority public health team, Integrated neighbourhood team and Primary care network.
Prior to her role in NHS, Sree has worked at Local authorities in different boroughs of London and non-profit organisations.
Alaa leads on involvement work for NHS North West London in the borough of Hammersmith and Fulham. Alaa has worked with communities in the borough for a number of years, with a particular focus on supporting and engaging diverse communities that experience greater levels of health inequalities. Alaa has a particular interest in population health and developing measurable approaches to improving health outcomes in partnership with residents and patients.
