North West London Graduate Scheme

Advance your career in healthcare management and become a future NHS Leader. Next cohort starting in September 2025.

We are searching for Londoners with a degree qualification, including existing NHS staff, who are passionate about healthcare and looking to progress their career in NHS management and leadership.

Over the course of your two years on our programme, you will gain experience in a range of healthcare environments and develop the capabilities to become a future NHS leader.

Why choose NW London:

You will be part of a close-knit cohort of individuals working at different North West London organisations, supported by your placement hosts, and our central graduate scheme team.

Your time on the scheme will be comprised of two yearlong placements in organisations within the NW London ICS, alongside an educational leadership programme. Placements are at AfC Band 6, with plenty of additional opportunities to enhance your development.
